About Kaizen

Advice grounded in real development experience.

Kaizen Co Management was built on the belief that real estate development should be led with practical judgment, disciplined execution, and stewardship of the owner’s interests. Our perspective is shaped by firsthand experience as owners, investors, developers, and builders.

Kaizen Co Management was founded in 2021 to bring institutional discipline to real estate development for owners at every scale. We exist to improve the quality of important real estate development decisions.

Our mission

Build California’s most respected independent real estate development advisory firm by making exceptional development judgment accessible to every owner, regardless of project size, through disciplined judgment, owner stewardship, and integrated leadership.

What we believe

Four beliefs guide every engagement. They are not marketing. They are how we work.

01

Owners at every scale deserve the same standard of judgment.

02

Our process scales. Our standard never changes.

03

Better decisions create better outcomes.

04

We measure success by the owner’s vision, not the project’s size.

Independent by design

Kaizen Co Management represents the owner. Every recommendation is measured against one question: does this move the owner’s vision closer to a successful outcome? The founder also develops and builds, through Kaizen Capital and 4DIFY Inc., and that hands-on experience is what makes the advice practical. Where an owner chooses to engage outside development or construction capacity, that role is disclosed and remains the owner’s decision. Advisory engagements are structured to keep Kaizen on the owner’s side of the table.

Anna Curry

Director of Business Development

Anna Curry is the first point of contact for many Kaizen clients, helping property owners and investors navigate the path from concept to completed project. A licensed California Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator with a Finance degree and a Construction Management Certificate from UC Davis, Anna has worked alongside builders, developers, architects, and engineers since 2018 on custom homes, ADUs, subdivisions, entitlements, and construction financing. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals, then helps them evaluate their property’s potential, identify the right financing strategy, and assemble the right team.

Why it matters

Many firms provide advice. Many firms manage projects. Many firms coordinate consultants. Few approach development from the perspective of an owner who has personally invested capital, evaluated acquisitions, secured financing, navigated entitlements, managed construction, accepted project risk, and remained accountable for the outcome. That perspective is the foundation of Kaizen Co Management. It makes advice more practical, risk easier to recognize, and tradeoffs clearer.

Bring that experience to your project.

Whatever the scale, the standard is the same.
