Experience

A foundation of real projects, not theory.

Kaizen’s advisory is grounded in the founder’s hands-on record as a developer, investor, and operator: capital invested, acquisitions evaluated, financing secured, entitlements navigated, and construction delivered.

The experience below reflects the track record of Kaizen Co Management’s founder, Nan Lin, through Kaizen Capital LLC and 4DIFY Inc.

Flagship project

Kaizen Way, Olivehurst, Yuba County

A former mobile home park was subdivided into Kaizen Way, a permitted private street with a six-home micro-development, now under construction as one of California’s earliest 3D-printed concrete home communities, delivered through 4DIFY Inc. The project runs the full arc, from entitlement and subdivision through construction, coordinating public agencies, engineers, architects, contractors, and inspectors.

It is the clearest demonstration of Kaizen’s model: an owner’s objectives carried from raw parcel to delivered homes through disciplined integration.
